Giriraj Singh congratulates Col. Purohit on his return to active service following Malegaon case acquittal

Union Minister Giriraj Singh has congratulated Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Shrikant Purohit on his return to active service after being acquitted in the 2008 Malegaon blast case. A special NIA court acquitted all seven accused due to the prosecution's failure to establish the case beyond a reasonable doubt. The 2008 Malegaon blast resulted in six deaths and 95 injuries.
