Dhankhar, Kharge face off in Rajya Sabha over starred question on withdrawal of builders' due to authorities

Rajya Sabha saw a confrontation between Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar and opposition leader Mallikarjun Kharge when a starred question about non-payment of dues by builders in Noida was withdrawn. BJP MP Laxmikant Bajpayee had asked for details about developers who owed dues and the measures taken against them.
