Army intercepts messages, fears ‘likely use of human shield’ in Manipur attacks

Quoting intercepted communication between "Party A" and "Party B", the Army said the plan was for the latter to execute a subversive plan during the day. "We will remain in the frontline and the whole public will be the backline or 2nd line. After that, we will destroy a village," reads the transcript.
