Demonetization, NRC & NPR are like taxes on poor people, says Rahul in Chhattisgarh

Before leaving for Delhi, former Congress president Rahul Gandhi speaking to the media at Raipur airport said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decision on National Population Register (NPR) and the National Register of Citizens (NRC) was similar to that of demonetization which was not less than "tax on poor people of the country." He was responding to a query on the Centre's claim that the NPR has no link with NRC.
