SC issues notice to UP, MP, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Telengana govts, BJP on alleged violation of public advertisement guidelines

The Supreme Court on Friday issued notices to the BJP and UP, MP, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and Telengana governments seeking their response for allegedly violating its public advertisement guidelines. The SC's was hearing a plea of an AAP MLA who alleged that BJP-ruled state governments are violating guidelines.
